Refund Policy

At BeatMatch Events ATL, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how we handle deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • This deposit ensures we reserve your date and turn away other potential bookings. It covers administrative costs and holds your slot in our schedule.

Payments & Balances

  • The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date (typically before your event begins), as outlined in your contract or invoice.

  • Payments already made toward the final balance are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.

Cancellations by Client

  • If you cancel your event after booking:

  • The deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply if you cancel within a short window before the event (for example, within 30 days), depending on our agreement.

Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare case that we must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • We will either help secure a qualified replacement DJ or provide a full refund of any amounts paid, including your deposit.

No-Shows or Early Endings

  • If your event ends early or guests leave before the agreed end time, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
