At BeatMatch Events ATL, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how we handle deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

This deposit ensures we reserve your date and turn away other potential bookings. It covers administrative costs and holds your slot in our schedule.
Payments & Balances

The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date (typically before your event begins), as outlined in your contract or invoice.

Payments already made toward the final balance are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.
Cancellations by Client

If you cancel your event after booking:

The deposit remains non-refundable.

Additional fees may apply if you cancel within a short window before the event (for example, within 30 days), depending on our agreement.
Cancellations by Us

In the rare case that we must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control:

We will notify you as soon as possible.

We will either help secure a qualified replacement DJ or provide a full refund of any amounts paid, including your deposit.
No-Shows or Early Endings

If your event ends early or guests leave before the agreed end time, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
